Description

  • Own customer requests from initial inquiry through resolution and maintain clear communication.
  • Onboard customers, remove adoption blockers, and improve engagement, satisfaction, and platform value.
  • Configure customer accounts, workflows, integrations, automations, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Troubleshoot implementations and determine whether issues require configuration changes, workflow updates, or product enhancements.
  • Create proofs of concept, demos, customized solutions, documentation, and enablement materials.
  • Gather customer workflows and requirements and translate them into product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer-informed feature development and prioritization.
  • Experiment with AI tools, prompting techniques, integrations, and new product capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, configurations, commitments, and outstanding items.
  • Identify and support upsell, expansion, and additional product-capability opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product Management, SaaS Implementation, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience with SaaS or technology products, preferably in a fast-growing or startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with customers and technical teams.
  • Experience owning customer issues from identification through resolution and follow-up.
  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to work with APIs, webhooks, integrations, automation tools, scripting, and AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, Zapier, CRM or customer success platforms, and no-code/low-code tools.
  • Ability to learn new software independently, work through ambiguity, and manage changing priorities with limited guidance.
  • Commercial awareness and willingness to participate in upselling and account expansion opportunities.
