Description

  • Sell point-of-sale devices, merchant services, cash advances, loyalty programs, and other retail products directly to customers.
  • Drive the application process, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
  • Help customers understand how to use the company's services effectively.
  • Provide light technical support for customers' equipment.
  • Set up and follow up on installation and appointment schedules.
  • Work with Operations/Sales, Finance, and Help Desk teams to support customer needs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience selling merchant services is preferred.
  • Prior experience with point-of-sale implementation and sales is preferred.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; other languages are considered.
  • Must be prepared to travel and conduct door-to-door customer visits.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using tablets and/or Bluetooth equipment are required.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is required.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels is required.
  • Strong multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail are required.
  • Self-motivated candidates with strong people skills are highly desired.
