Description

  • Contact prospective customers and follow up on leads to discuss Patriot Software’s products.
  • Deliver software demos via video call.
  • Provide personalized customer support by phone, live chat, and email.
  • Guide new customers through the initial setup process.
  • Answer customer questions using product and payroll/accounting knowledge.
  • Advocate for customers internally and share feedback to influence product development.
  • Work with team members to solve customer problems and communicate product value.
  • Continue learning new features, software knowledge, and accounting/payroll concepts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1-2+ years of inside customer sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new software, tools, and AI.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote and in-person settings.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information securely and follow data protection protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document customer interactions accurately and promptly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, including calls, emails, and chats.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8+ hours) while working on a computer.
  • Consistent, reliable high-speed internet access.
  • Dedicated quiet workspace free from distractions.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Open to working core hours of 10 am–7 pm EST, Monday–Friday.
  • Not located in Alaska, California, Hawaii, or Washington D.C.
