Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid demand generation campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Manage audience segmentation and targeting for mid-to-large enterprise decision-makers.
  • Own campaign budget allocation, bidding strategy, and ROI reporting.
  • Develop and A/B test ad creative, landing pages, and calls to action.
  • Manage the blog and editorial calendar with a focus on IAM, identity security, and compliance topics.
  • Drive organic growth through on-page and technical SEO, keyword targeting, internal linking, and site health improvements.
  • Own marketing automation in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including list management, segmentation, and lead scoring.
  • Build and optimize nurture flows, email campaigns, and CRM hygiene for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced leads.
  • Own the company’s LinkedIn presence, including organic content, sponsored posts, follower growth, and executive social support.
  • Execute webinars and virtual events end to end, including promotion, platform management, attribution, and follow-up sequences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment with direct ownership of demand generation results.
  • Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including setup, optimization, and ROI reporting.
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or an equivalent tool.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics interpretation.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and comfort building reports from raw data.
  • Strong written communication skills for ad copy, email subject lines, and social posts.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a lean environment where you own your function end to end.
  • Experience marketing technology or cybersecurity products or services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IAM concepts such as identity governance, PAM, zero trust, and CIAM is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and the MQL-to-SQL handoff process is preferred.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper in marketing workflows is preferred.
  • Experience managing freelance or contractor relationships via Upwork or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Webinar platform experience with BrightTalk, ON24, or Zoom Webinars is preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Ads Search and PMax, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Clari Groove, and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) is preferred.
