Description

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and build campaign structures for paid search.
  • Write, test, and refine ad copy to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and key PPC metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Manage social media engagement and growth across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and other audience interactions.
  • Support content scheduling, captions, and post optimization for social channels.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and optimize metadata, content, headings, and internal linking.
  • Support technical SEO improvements, on-page optimization, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance across paid, social, and organic channels using Google Analytics 4 and other dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • 3+ years of social media management and engagement experience.
  • Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of PPC metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts (preferred).
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing (preferred).
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, content marketing workflows, or marketing automation tools (preferred).
