Description

  • Coordinate all revenue-generating activity within the assigned Southeastern territory (GA, NC, SC, VA), including opportunity identification, progression, and close across IDMWORKS offerings.
  • Develop Territory Development Plans in partnership with sales leadership and marketing to drive pipeline and sales activity.
  • Manage and apply the IDMWORKS Sales Methodology, keeping CRM and forecasting metrics current and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly pipeline generation and closed opportunity expectations.
  • Understand and articulate IDMWORKS value proposition to align services to customer requirements and develop compelling sales value propositions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects and coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions to customer business problems.
  • Maintain industry, competitive, and third‑party software knowledge to serve as a consultative expert and differentiate IDMWORKS from competitors.
  • Participate in marketing events and activities to ensure territory coverage and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in one or multiple Identity and Access Management domains (Identity Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, Certification and Attestation, Privileged Access Management, Workforce Access Management, Consumer Identity Access Management).
  • Proven above-quota performance in a direct sales capacity in one or more IAM domains.
  • Experience coordinating matrix-based organizations to address customer business problems and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships evidenced by closed opportunities, follow-on engagements, and renewals.
  • Willingness to reside within the assigned territory and in close proximity to a major airport (Southeastern U.S. — GA, NC, SC, VA).
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the territory as required (up to 50%).
  • Experience maintaining multiple parallel initiatives across several clients and partners while meeting deadlines independently.
  • Proven ability to update and maintain CRM with accurate information and manage forecasting metrics.
  • Leadership capability to act in a leadership capacity for team members within the assigned territory.
  • Consultative expertise and working knowledge of industry and third-party IAM software, plus competitive awareness in the IAM market space.
