Description

  • Coordinate all revenue-generating activity in the assigned geography, from opportunity identification through close.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop compelling sales value propositions for prospective customers.
  • Partner with sales leadership and marketing to create territory development plans.
  • Manage the sales methodology across the territory, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and forecasting metrics.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline to support quarterly pipeline generation and closed-opportunity goals.
  • Keep CRM and required sales reporting accurate and up to date.
  • Align IDMWORKS offerings to customer requirements by understanding the company’s value proposition, history, and services.
  • Work with internal teams to develop solutions to customer business problems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects in the assigned geography.
  • Maintain industry, third-party software, and competitive knowledge to support consultative selling.
  • Represent IDMWORKS at marketing events and activities.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience in one or more Identity and Access Management domains, such as Identity Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, Certification and Attestation, Privileged Access Management, Workforce Access Management, or Consumer Identity Access Management.
  • Proven above-quota performance in direct sales within one or more of the listed Identity Management domains.
  • Experience coordinating matrix-based organizations to address customer business problems and generate sales opportunities.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships, demonstrated by closed opportunities, follow-on engagements, and renewals.
  • Experience managing multiple parallel initiatives across several clients and partners.
  • Ability to act in a leadership capacity within an assigned territory.
  • Ability to perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team contributor.
  • Applicants must live in or near Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Virginia and reside close to a major airport.
  • Willingness to travel across the territory as required, up to 50%.
