Description

  • Coordinate and manage projects across trading, risk, and technology teams to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to design, build, and maintain real-time dashboards for trading performance and exposure monitoring.
  • Work with the Risk Department to improve reporting frameworks and data accuracy.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase efficiency across departments.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven project updates and reports for senior management.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure project impact, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in prop trading, fintech, CRM/technology consulting, or financial services.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of risk management concepts such as drawdown, equity curve, and daily loss limits.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Remote position open to candidates based in Dubai.
