Description

  • Drive monthly and quarterly sales performance to meet revenue targets and KPIs in the Malaysian market.
  • Identify, prospect, and close complex multi-year enterprise deals with large fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retailers.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding client supply chain and legacy POS/CRM challenges and mapping tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Build trust and manage relationships with stakeholders across C-level, board-level, and technical operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking in the CRM system.
  • Leverage local business relationships to strengthen brand visibility and accelerate market entry in Malaysia.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s presence in the Malaysian retail sector.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen based in Kuala Lumpur with a strong understanding of the local Chinese-Malaysian business ecosystem and corporate networks.
  • 8+ years of professional B2B software sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
  • Proven experience selling ERP, CRM, supply chain, or omnichannel retail software.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value, multi-year, complex software deployment contracts.
  • Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strictly no general HRMS or payroll sales background.
  • Experience working with regional and international stakeholders is preferred.
