Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage corporate and commercial agreements across group entities.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance across Singapore, international, and offshore legal frameworks.
  • Advise senior management and the Board on corporate governance, cross-border compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external legal counsel, regulators, and international compliance partners.
  • Build and standardize internal legal frameworks, documentation guidelines, and compliance monitoring processes.
  • Manage client agreements, vendor contracts, employment terms, and internal policies.
  • Support the group’s global operations and strategic partnerships to ensure legal and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law (LL.B.) or an equivalent professional legal qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles within quantitative trading, brokerage, payment systems, or financial technology industries.
  • In-depth understanding of Singapore and international laws, including offshore corporate structures and cross-border compliance.
  • Proven ability to structure, draft, and manage a wide range of sophisticated commercial and corporate agreements independently.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and advisory skills with experience working across multiple international teams and entities.
  • High adaptability for an initially flexible working setup.
  • Willingness or desire to relocate to Bali, Indonesia in the future is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience with digital asset regulations, proprietary trading frameworks, or offshore fund compliance is preferred.
