Description

  • Lead updates to the Program Management Plan (PMP) and supporting program standards.
  • Ensure program activities align with the Program Charter and external oversight expectations.
  • Coordinate SAFe ceremonies, release cadences, and tools such as Agility or JIRA to support delivery across overlapping waves.
  • Review meeting materials and lead program management meetings, including risk reviews, Change Control Board meetings, defect reviews, and program reviews.
  • Translate complex technical data into decision-ready Power BI dashboards and other reporting materials.
  • Automate communications by using Agility or JIRA as the authoritative data source.
  • Maintain the future-state Knowledge Management ecosystem and develop change management materials such as job aids and FAQs.
  • Identify, log, and manage program risks, including performing Analysis of Alternatives for complex requirements and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Implement the Defect Management Strategy and coordinate with external vendors to track hotfixes and releases from identification through resolution.

Requirements

  • 4 years of program management support for large-scale federal IT or ERP implementations.
  • Experience communicating effectively with senior-level management and clients.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Highly energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and stakeholder communication.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented customer service mindset and team-first attitude.
  • Proven dependability and strong organization skills.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and receive a government clearance.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification preferred.
  • Experience with VA or federal financial management preferred.
  • Experience working with CGI’s Momentum Financials preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably SAFe, preferred.
