Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with Ennoble stakeholders, referral partners, health care professionals, clients, and families.
  • Coordinate the two-way Ennoble–BAYADA referral pathway for home health services.
  • Monitor referrals through scheduling and care initiation, identify barriers, and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Review referral pending reports daily, follow up on outstanding referrals, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate referral status, follow-up activity, documentation, and communication across both organizations.
  • Identify referral trends and operational barriers, facilitate solutions, and support consistent processes across markets.
  • Gather and communicate referral information to appropriate BAYADA and Ennoble teams.
  • Collaborate with BAYADA sales, clinical, and service-office teams to support partnership growth without duplicating existing strategies.
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned ERM market and represent BAYADA professionally in partnership-related activities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, community relations, health care business development, referral coordination, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, discharge planners, or community health care partners preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and credibility-building skills.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned ERM market.
  • Commitment to BAYADA’s mission, values, and service standards.
  • A clinical license is not required because this is a non-clinical role.
  • West Coast working hours preferred.
