Description

  • Conduct detailed research on prospective clients, including their brand, positioning, marketing activity, and fit for the service offering.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
  • Craft highly personalized outbound messages for LinkedIn and email without relying on mass-template automation.
  • Write medium-to-high-level sales copy focused on personalization, clarity, and conversion.
  • Initiate and manage outbound conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects against predefined criteria before booking discovery meetings.
  • Book and schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Team.
  • Lead initial discovery conversations when required, with training provided.
  • Maintain and update CRM records in HubSpot to track outreach and pipeline activity.
  • Monitor outreach performance, test messaging, and report on KPIs and results.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales development, with at least 1 year required and 2 years preferred.
  • Proven experience generating leads from scratch through cold outbound prospecting.
  • Prior SDR experience, preferably in a marketing agency or digital services environment.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to personalize outreach based on prospect analysis.
  • Medium-to-high-level copywriting skills for sales outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with C1-level proficiency or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay organized, persistent, and resilient.
  • Availability during office hours Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Stable internet connection and a laptop or PC are required.
  • A completed higher education degree is a strong advantage.

  • Regular performance reviews every 9–12 months, with the first review after 3–6 months.

  • 30-day notice period after the first two months.
