Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and act as the main client-agency point of contact for those clients.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, pop-ups, and flows.
  • Lead and coordinate Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, updates, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collect and analyze campaign and audience data to inform strategy, set weekly goals, and improve results.
  • Write client reports covering revenue, campaign performance, A/B testing results, and optimization actions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department and other internal teams to meet KPIs and client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, support client satisfaction, and help reduce churn.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client services and present upsell offers based on data analysis.
  • Share market best practices and internal learnings with Account Managers’ Leads and leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience leading a team of marketing professionals to deliver client work is required.
  • Experience in account management or agency work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high accountability.
  • Must be comfortable working remotely and collaborating with teams across locations.
  • Must be available during office hours, Monday to Friday, 3–6 PM BCN time.
  • Must work 30–35 hours per week, or about 140 tracked hours per month, and have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to join video conferences.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Experience with e-commerce, Klaviyo, remote teams, or working with international teammates is a plus.
