Description

  • Develop strategic plans for campaigns such as search and digital media and work with internal teams to execute them.
  • Create roadmaps and outline project components for internal teams through meetings and project requests.
  • Advise senior staff on recommendations and new strategies based on industry knowledge to support enrollment goals.
  • Understand each client’s brand and represent its messaging accurately and memorably.
  • Analyze institutional enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points.
  • Measure and communicate campaign optimizations and recommendations internally and externally.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients, coordinating needs across sales, technology, graphic design, writing, and finance teams.
  • Work with account management to create realistic project timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and error free.
  • Create and publish original blog posts and/or articles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the higher education landscape.
  • Experience recruiting one or more student populations, such as transfer, graduate, undergraduate, or adult students.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in all avenues of recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members, employees, and management.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to take initiative and learn new tasks quickly.
