Description

  • Manage tier 1 and tier 2 financial services accounts across Spain and Portugal.
  • Develop new business from existing named accounts and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain deep customer relationships to drive satisfaction and expansion.
  • Execute strategic account plans for new, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Establish and develop partnerships with customers, channel partners, and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional commercial teams to exceed sales objectives.
  • Represent BioCatch at relevant events and support sales and marketing activities.
  • Manage forecasts, pipeline, and company reporting accurately.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales account management within banking or financial services.
  • Proven ability to develop revenue from existing accounts and win new business.
  • Experience managing the full sales process, including qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong strategic account planning and opportunity management skills.
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with customers and partners.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business development, cyber strategy, pre-sales, sales engineering, and account management.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management capability.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused environment.
