Description

  • Partner with customers to help improve their security posture.
  • Review and explain potential security issues to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to communicate customer needs.
  • Provide technical product expertise and first impressions of the platform to prospective customers.
  • Delve into product details and offer guidance on cybersecurity improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment.
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time to meet with customers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts effectively to customers and partners.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Experience working with or within MSPs or with VARs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to external audiences and C-level executives.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Preference for candidates located in the Mountain or Central time zones.
  • Preferred experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
  • Preferred experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Preferred experience building and implementing security programs.
  • Preferred familiarity with RMMs, PSAs, and SIEM tools such as Elastic and Splunk.
