Description

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by qualifying and closing net-new MSP opportunities.
  • Creatively source new prospects and position Huntress offerings to match customer needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert throughout the sales process.
  • Stay current on competitor offerings and identify their strengths and vulnerabilities.
  • Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to win new business and address competitive risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Account Management to ensure smooth implementation and account growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for daily activity, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Work with SDRs on initial prospecting and interest generation.
  • Manage prospect relationships from discovery and scoping through pricing and close.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in a strategic sales position.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software or technology company.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue, creating new business, and delivering a customer-centered experience.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and forecasts in a CRM system.
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to clients.
  • Strong presentation and active listening skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Critical thinking skills with drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn in a rapidly changing industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment with knowledge sharing and active contribution.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or cybersecurity sales is helpful, but not required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to events and customers as needed.
