Description

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and delivery across distributed teams.
  • Guide and coach the squad in Scrum and agile practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, Engineering, Commercial, and other discipline leads to align delivery with business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, team meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to support planning and continuous improvement.
  • Help define and refine project scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
  • Track progress, remove impediments, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Assess the time and financial impact of scope changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor budget status and report project progress, team status, and risks to the business.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Use data and metrics to support team and business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or similar qualification is desirable.
  • Experience in a Scrum Master or agile delivery role.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, multi-project environments and switch context effectively.
  • Experience applying Scrum and broader agile principles with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in an enterprise agency environment and/or hands-on expertise with Scrum practices.
  • Strong servant leadership, negotiation, facilitation, conflict resolution, and transparency skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and adapt project scope in response to change.
  • Experience using project management, budget/time tracking, and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as WordPress, PHP, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of hosting and deployment best practices.
  • Must be able to commit to a 6-month contract.
  • Remote applicants must be based within the United States (GMT-05:00).
