Description

  • Lead the Data Strategy team and oversee enterprise client engagements focused on measurement solutions and client decision support.
  • Manage at least 4-5 Directors/Associate Directors and the broader team structure beneath them.
  • Partner with leaders across Client Strategy, Media Strategy, Product, and other analytics functions to deliver scalable cross-channel data solutions.
  • Define client measurement challenges and architect, deploy, and refine data capture and analytics solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital measurement topics including data privacy, behavioral tracking, customer insights, and media performance measurement.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex client and delivery issues and resolve unprecedented situations.
  • Own team operations including project planning, resourcing, budgeting, and client satisfaction.
  • Educate and train internal teams and clients on Data Strategy & Analytics capabilities, standards, and best practices.
  • Support new business pitches by shaping value propositions, capabilities, case studies, and consultative MarTech recommendations.
  • Identify new measurement needs and drive repeatable, process-driven delivery of new solutions across clients.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading data strategy and analytics teams.
  • Experience working with digital marketing decision-makers and explaining complex topics to stakeholders with varying measurement knowledge.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital measurement ecosystem, including MMM, MTA, and incrementality.
  • Marketing technology and agency experience enabling enterprise analytics systems for customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and a team of managers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
  • Ability to distill complex information and present it to senior and C-suite executives.
  • Experience with ad platforms and digital analytics tools.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and Google Slides.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Project management experience managing multiple teams, clients, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Previous client-facing experience at a performance marketing agency (nice to have).
  • A strong public profile in the Digital Marketing & Analytics community and involvement in advancing digital measurement solutions (nice to have).
  • Experience with measurement solutions used in other non-digital marketing industries (nice to have).
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
