Description

  • Develop and grow referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Create strategic referral networks and partnership opportunities focused on lead generation.
  • Identify and resolve emerging partnership issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to plan and execute partner-promotional initiatives such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Work with partners to define business goals and performance metrics, including pipeline depth and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities with partners.
  • Build, maintain, and amplify key account relationships to support company growth.
  • Use independent judgment to create solutions and handle operational partnership challenges as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Experience in territory sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to operate independently as a highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to embrace feedback and accountability.
  • Ability to travel and be in the field 3 days per week.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $130,000-$140,000, including a $75,000 base salary and $65,000 variable target compensation.
