Description

  • Develop, build, and grow referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Create strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve partnership issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to plan and execute partner promotion initiatives such as educational events, emails, and webinars.
  • Work with partners to define business goals, performance metrics, go-to-market strategies, and demand-generation activities.
  • Accelerate partner relationships to help expand Human Interest’s reach among small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.
  • Manage operational partnership issues and use discretion to create solutions when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
  • Experience in territory sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to operate independently as a highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and able to find creative ways to get things done.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage sales cycles is preferred.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
  • Ability to be in the field 3 days per week.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $130,000-$140,000, including a $70,000 base salary and a $70,000 variable compensation target.
