Description

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales activation specialists to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive a high volume of successful plan launches aligned with KPIs and business goals.
  • Own team performance by inspecting onboarding pipelines, managing pre-launch churn, and ensuring process adherence.
  • Monitor and optimize onboarding workflows to increase velocity, remove bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Customer Success, and senior leadership to resolve escalations and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement coaching, enablement, and process improvements to drive results.
  • Forecast onboarding targets and contribute to capacity planning through analysis of trends and pipeline health.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of total professional experience.
  • At least 2+ years in a people leadership role within Sales, Implementation, or a related function.
  • Experience in a SaaS or Retirement/Financial Services environment.
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design, or the ability to quickly develop subject-matter expertise.
  • Highly data-driven mindset with experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance coaching.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and executing against aggressive targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflict, and collaborate across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $140,000 - $150,000, including a base salary of $100,000 - $105,000 and variable compensation of $40,000 - $45,000.
