Description

  • Partner closely with the sales organization to support the execution of prospective and expansion deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales reps, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop deeper knowledge of HubSpot products to propose better solutions.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into technical value that supports business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in and help direct projects related to PreSales, sales, and the broader business.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and services as a trusted technical partner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a PreSales, technical consultant, sales, or similar role.
  • Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing directly with external customers.
  • Willingness to admit mistakes and use actionable feedback to learn and grow.
  • Enjoys collaborating with different teams and developing professionally.
  • Alignment with HubSpot's HEART values.
  • Open to hybrid or office-based onboarding and in-person team events as required by the role and team structure.
