Description

  • Design HubSpot-based solutions for customers in the Japanese market.
  • Understand customer business challenges and design scalable CRM architectures.
  • Create integrated solutions across CRM, marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Maximize HubSpot platform usage through APIs and system integrations.
  • Define long-term technology roadmaps and present ROI and business value to customers.
  • Lead complex, multi-hub solution designs and implementation projects.
  • Work with Solutions Partners to enable advanced use cases.
  • Propose solutions that use AI and emerging technologies.
  • Build AI-powered automations and proofs of concept to demonstrate HubSpot AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to incorporate Japan market feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS in one of the following roles: Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Presales/Solution Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with systems integration, APIs, and architecture design.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into implementable technical solutions.
  • Experience building AI solutions using orchestration and automation.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Ability to explain ROI and business value to support customer decision-making.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to lead alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency (required).
  • Business-level English proficiency (required).
  • Based on the Singapore manager reporting line, with daily English communication in a global team environment.
