Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with sales reps, partners, customers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Gain deep knowledge of HubSpot products to propose better solutions.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into technical value aligned to business goals.
  • Support the execution of prospective and expansion deals in partnership with the sales organization.
  • Participate in and direct projects related to presales, sales, and the wider business.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external customers throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a presales, technical consultant, sales, or similar role.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Polish.
  • Proficiency in an additional language, ideally Spanish or Arabic, is preferred.
  • Experience working with internal teams, stakeholders, and external customers.
  • Ability to collaborate across different teams and develop professionally.
  • Openness to admitting mistakes and using actionable feedback to learn and grow.
  • Alignment with HubSpot's HEART culture.
  • Experience with HubSpot products is implied/expected for success in the role.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of €60,230 to €86,130 EUR.
  • Cash compensation may include base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets.
  • Some roles are eligible for HubSpot’s equity plan, including restricted stock units (RSUs).

  • Flexible work setup with remote or office options.
