Description

  • Deliver product demonstrations to property management companies, owners, and REITs.
  • Prepare prospect-specific analyses of live apartment fee data.
  • Partner with Account Executives and stakeholders across marketing, operations, revenue management, and legal.
  • Address compliance questions and objections, coordinating with customer legal teams when needed.
  • Support Customer Success with renewals and expansions into new markets.
  • Monitor federal, state, and local developments affecting rental fee advertising and leasing.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into product specifications and maintain a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction requirements reference.
  • Create educational materials for Sales and Marketing, including guides, one-pagers, and webinars.
  • Represent ApartmentIQ at industry events and share customer feedback with the product team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multifamily experience with a property management company, owner-operator, or REIT.
  • Direct apartment-fee experience in legal, compliance, marketing, ILS, or pricing functions.
  • Working knowledge of mandatory, optional, and conditional fee disclosure practices.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to convert complex requirements into clear guidance.
  • Confidence presenting to executive audiences and answering detailed questions.
  • Paralegal certificate, JD, or compliance credential preferred.
  • Pre-sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing SaaS experience preferred.
  • Established relationships with apartment industry associations preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-state portfolios preferred.
  • U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
