Description

  • Build a self-sourced pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting into HubSpot’s existing customer base.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through close while carrying an individual quota.
  • Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with service leaders, customer success teams, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery, uncover customer needs, build the business case, and drive consensus across the buying committee.
  • Own discovery, demos, and solution design for the technical sale end to end.
  • Translate technical capabilities such as APIs, integrations, and platform features into business outcomes for different audiences.
  • Collaborate with Growth Account Executives, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and other internal partners to advance deals.
  • Share learnings, wins, and losses to contribute to team improvement and prospecting best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with consistent individual quota attainment.
  • Proven ability to generate self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Track record as a top producer who has closed and expanded business in complex environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, with the ability to ramp quickly and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience delivering compelling product demonstrations tied to customer goals and pain points.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including executive-level buyers.
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with the discipline to build comprehensive business cases.
  • Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-evolving, build-as-you-go environment.
  • Repeatable, metrics-driven process and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience selling into existing accounts and identifying whitespace is preferred.
