Description

  • Drive new business and manage end-to-end sales processes to exceed monthly quotas.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads to create new deals.
  • Develop tailored strategies and solutions for small business clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on using HubSpot’s platform to support business growth.
  • Deliver compelling product demos for small business decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategy and align on new offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Experience managing full sales cycle deals, ideally with a complex software solution.
  • Strong prospecting, lead nurturing, and net new business development experience in outbound sales.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills and experience closing deals.
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management across a high volume of leads.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding targets.
  • Passion for small businesses and solving for the customer.
  • Remote work eligibility anywhere in Australia.
