Description

  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Build trust with direct reports and provide developmental feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Coach team members to strengthen their professional sales skills.
  • Collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to support business growth.
  • Supervise and deliver training on skill development, inbound sales, product knowledge, and marketing topics.
  • Teach sourcing and sales strategies to new team members.
  • Recruit, select, and train new hires to maintain team headcount.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
  • Understand the assigned country market and build plans to grow it.
  • Demonstrate HubSpot core values and leadership traits in day-to-day management.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English and market knowledge are required.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process and segmenting/managing territories effectively.
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to observe, evaluate, and apply different improvement techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple objectives.
  • Good prospecting skills and familiarity with the HubSpot sales methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results through collaboration.
  • Strong motivation, self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Personal accountability to hit monthly team goals and maintain a positive attitude.
