Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 150–180 customer relationships across new and long-standing accounts.
  • Meet regularly with customers to understand their goals and align them with the right resources.
  • Partner with internal teams such as onboarding, up-sell/x-sell, and renewals to solve customer needs.
  • Lead 4–5 scheduled deep-dive meetings per day to review progress and provide strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Respond to reactive customer needs, including invoice questions and software how-to questions.
  • Promote growth within the install base by identifying, scoping, and qualifying expansion opportunities.
  • Advise customers on solution implementation and core integrations to overcome technical roadblocks.
  • Help customers fully adopt HubSpot’s platform and keep them informed on new features.
  • Support ongoing partner relationships to maximize acquisition, retention, and upsell rates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and a Nordic language.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.
  • Business savvy with consultative, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape.
  • Motivated self-starter with a track record of achieving results under demanding expectations.
  • Highly organized, quick learner who works well under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort handling financial conversations and cancellations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues that need escalation.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing or the ability to learn it quickly and independently.
  • Experience supporting partner relationships to improve acquisition, retention, and upsell rates (preferred).
