Description

  • Build pipeline through aggressive multi-channel outbound prospecting into HubSpot’s existing customer base.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through close and carry an individual quota.
  • Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with service leaders, customer success teams, IT, and business buyers.
  • Lead discovery, uncover needs, build business cases, and drive consensus across buying committees.
  • Own discovery, demos, and solution design for technical and business audiences.
  • Translate technical capabilities such as APIs, integrations, and platform features into business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Growth Account Executives, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and other internal partners to advance deals.
  • Share learnings from wins, losses, and prospecting activity to support team improvement.
  • Drive expansion and adoption inside existing accounts by identifying whitespace opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom; role supports the UKI market and can be Office, Flex, or Remote.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with consistent individual quota attainment.
  • Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline generation through outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrated success as a top producer closing and expanding business in complex environments.
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity, with the ability to ramp quickly on new products and concepts.
  • Experience delivering compelling product demonstrations tied to stakeholder goals and pain points.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles across service, customer success, IT, business, and C-level buyers.
  • Exceptional consultative, value-based selling skills and the ability to build comprehensive business cases.
  • Growth mindset, comfort with change, and ability to operate in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Repeatable, metrics-driven process and strong organizational skills.
