Description

  • Support HubSpot customers across phone, live chat, and web tickets to resolve product-related queries.
  • Apply technical troubleshooting methods to test, replicate, and investigate customer issues.
  • Remove technical barriers and guide customers through HubSpot tools and product workflows.
  • Use support resources and product documentation to understand new and technical information independently.
  • Identify, diagnose, and help resolve software issues to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide thoughtful, empathetic, and comprehensive resolutions tailored to each customer.
  • Use business judgment to proactively identify customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement and overall support quality.
  • Take ownership of complex and sensitive issues as a trusted advisor.
  • Adapt to changing inquiry volumes while maintaining a high level of service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and comfort with complex technical queries.
  • Ability to understand and use product documentation effectively.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn with a growth mindset.
  • Interest in developing technical skills and building product knowledge.
  • Strong customer-first mentality and commitment to helping others.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with ambiguity.
