Description

  • Serve as specialist-level support for inquiries and issues related to employee payroll runs.
  • Act as the regional payroll specialist and keep stakeholders informed about changes, delays, and updates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for urgent issues and customer escalations.
  • Join customer video calls to resolve complex payroll issues quickly.
  • Work autonomously to investigate and close customer escalations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Payroll Operations, and other teams to meet service level agreements.
  • Provide premium support to assigned customers when needed.
  • Mentor and support colleagues while helping improve workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience processing end-to-end payroll or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of payroll for the relevant region or sub-region.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluent English and comfort using asynchronous communication.
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack.
  • Ability to mentor and support colleagues and manage escalations confidently.
  • Weekend availability for a fixed weekly schedule from Saturday through Wednesday.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.
