Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Prospect for new business using both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and expansion opportunities at or above quota on a monthly basis.
  • Sell through internal champions and directly to multiple stakeholders, including C-level contacts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy as new products and features launch.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to legal, security, procurement questionnaires, and RFPs.
  • Sell the full growth platform, with a strong focus on the Enterprise license.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Security on complex contract requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Experience presenting and pitching business change to C-level executives.
  • Experience managing large or high-priority accounts.
  • Strong monthly and annual pipeline management skills with proven forecasting accuracy.
  • Track record of overachieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Training and/or certification in a standardized sales methodology, such as Sandler.
  • Understanding of how businesses grow and confidence advising C-level executives on growth strategies (top performer trait).
  • Curiosity about business and technology, plus a growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback (top performer traits).
