Description

  • Build a long-term plan for net new logo pipeline generation.
  • Consistently deliver revenue targets to support year-over-year territory growth.
  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to generate pipeline and close sales opportunities.
  • Target and build relationships with key leaders and decision makers in prospect accounts.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet and exceed revenue quota targets.
  • Use partners and the broader Okta ecosystem to identify and open opportunities.
  • Collaborate with xDRs, partners, presales, and Customer First teams to support sales efforts.
  • Travel as needed to develop customer and prospect relationships.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of success growing revenue for complex enterprise SaaS products.
  • Ability to evangelize and create demand within CTO organizations.
  • Strong track record of pitching and closing with Product, Engineering, and Architecture decision makers.
  • Deep technical discovery skills that resonate with the developer community.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
  • Confidence, self-drive, and the humility to work effectively in teams.
  • Experience using a sales framework such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler; MEDDPICC is used internally.
  • Travel to the San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL office for in-person onboarding during the first week of employment.
