Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and telemarketing to generate qualified leads, averaging 40 to 60 calls per day.
  • Work closely with an assigned Account Executive or Sales Representative to develop and implement prospecting strategies and plans.
  • Partner with sales management and marketing teams to ensure strong quality and quantity of discovery calls.
  • Schedule discovery calls for the assigned Account Executive or Sales Representative.
  • Conduct needs-assessment calls with assigned prospects.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of prior outbound BDR experience in the SaaS or tech industry preferred.
  • A track record of high achievement and the ability to consistently meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection on a daily basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn sales tools.
  • Natural curiosity and a strong interest in sales development.
