Description

  • Research accounts and prospects to identify and qualify potential Top Workplaces participants.
  • Create targeted, strategic outreach plans based on outbound efforts and marketing campaigns.
  • Use power dialers and other prospecting tools to conduct high-velocity sales outreach.
  • Research prospects online and tailor quantitative value propositions to their business needs.
  • Develop customized presentations of Energage products and services for potential customers.
  • Build communication strategies that connect prospects with Account Executives.
  • Engage in ongoing discovery and qualification conversations with executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships from first contact through program participation.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B experience, with software or tech sales preferred.
  • A track record of achieving objectives.
  • A passion for software and technology.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with peers.
  • Ability to perform sales research and develop individualized plans based on that research.
  • Must be located in an approved remote-work state; applicants outside the listed states will not be considered.
  • Availability to work remotely from the Eastern time zone is preferred.
  • Experience using power dialers or similar sales prospecting tools is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $45,000 annually.
  • At-risk bonus target of $10,000 annually.
