Description

  • Own the activation of the practice’s strategic vision across offices, regions, and business lines.
  • Shape market entry strategies and client engagement plans.
  • Partner with service lines and regional leadership to implement integrated growth strategies.
  • Support and enable the success of Regional Market Leaders.
  • Drive year-over-year practice growth and new business sourcing through regional market leadership.
  • Lead strategic positioning for large, complex pursuits and help teams win work.
  • Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams for pursuit strategy and market development.
  • Cultivate client relationships and monitor market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive activity.
  • Represent the firm externally at national events, conferences, and strategic forums.
  • Develop content, messaging, and thought leadership that elevate the firm’s brand.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing culture rooted in Living-Centered Design.
  • Spend time across business strategy, business development, brand building, leadership support, and limited billable work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
  • 15+ years of related experience.
  • Proven track record of strategic growth, market leadership, team leadership, and business development success in the Science and Technology market.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Exceptional client and people leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to create and execute strategy.
  • Professional acumen and maturity with the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
  • Sound judgment and a strong approach to risk management and mitigation.
  • Some travel required.
  • Living-Centered Design mindset and commitment to the firm’s values.
