Description

  • Identify prospective customer challenges and match them with inbound marketing solutions.
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and create outreach strategies.
  • Run online demos of HubSpot software and present the HubSpot value proposition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy when new products and features launch.
  • Help shape HubSpot’s mission by contributing perspectives, ideas, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ireland to be considered for the remote opportunity.
  • 3 years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English required; Dutch or French is nice to have.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management experience.
  • Track record of high performance, such as exceeding quota or earning President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal focus and a disciplined approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
