Description

  • Own the complete sales process from lead identification through closing new clients across Latin America outside Brazil.
  • Work inbound leads to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Run online demos of HubSpot software and present the value proposition to prospects.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Follow up on highly qualified opportunities across Latin America.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategy for product enhancements and new releases.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for HubSpot’s products and solutions.
  • Apply customer insight to identify challenges that can be addressed through inbound marketing strategies.
  • Contribute ideas and knowledge to advance the company’s values, culture, and vision.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • 1–5+ years of selling experience, preferably in web technologies or an innovative online product environment.
  • Experience prospecting in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and presenting value propositions to customers.
  • Experience on a sales team that consistently meets or exceeds goals.
  • Startup environment experience is preferred.
  • Strong goal orientation and ability to advance the department’s vision.
  • High emotional intelligence and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and Salesforce.com.
