Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Source new prospects through both inbound activity and self-generated leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and install base sales at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Sell through internal champions and directly to multiple stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy as new products and features launch.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to legal, security, procurement, and RFP questionnaires.
  • Sell the full growth platform, with a strong focus on the Enterprise license.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Security to resolve complex contract requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Proven high-performance track record, such as over-quota attainment or President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal orientation and a disciplined approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote success.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment (preferred).
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry (preferred).
  • Humility and enthusiasm in your work (preferred).
