Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Source new prospects through both inbound and self-generated leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and expand existing accounts to meet or exceed monthly quota.
  • Sell through internal champions and directly to senior stakeholders across multiple decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy for new products and features.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to legal, security, and procurement questionnaires and RFPs.
  • Manage complex contract requirements by coordinating with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, and Security.
  • Use consultative selling and business advisory approaches throughout the end-to-end sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management ability.
  • Track record of high performance, such as exceeding quota or earning President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal orientation and an effective approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work success.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment (preferred).
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry (preferred).
  • Humility and enthusiasm in your work (preferred).
