Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Source new prospects through both inbound and self-generated leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and expand existing accounts to or above quota on a monthly basis.
  • Sell through internal champions and directly engage multiple stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to adjust sales strategy as new features and products are released.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to legal, security, procurement questionnaires, and RFPs.
  • Sell the full growth platform, with a strong focus on the Enterprise license.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Security on complex contract requirements for corporate customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management abilities.
  • A track record of high performance, such as consistently exceeding quota or earning President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal orientation and a disciplined approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work success.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment (preferred).
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the technology industry (preferred).
  • Humility and enthusiasm in your work (preferred).
