Description

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales for net-new retail and commerce accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies targeting large retailers and omnichannel brands.
  • Consistently exceed quota in complex, multi-product enterprise deals.
  • Lead customer conversations around data unification, lifecycle marketing, personalization, retention, and LTV growth.
  • Position the platform as the foundation for customer intelligence and engagement orchestration.
  • Help retailers activate first-party data across owned channels, paid media, and partner ecosystems.
  • Extend CRM and CDP conversations into retail media network enablement and audience monetization opportunities.
  • Build executive relationships with CMOs, Chief Digital/Commerce Officers, and heads of CRM, Loyalty, and Customer Experience.
  • Develop ROI-driven business cases tied to customer lifetime value, retention, repeat purchase rates, and media monetization.
  • Partner with Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to validate use cases and drive expansion.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in MarTech, CRM, CDP, or AdTech.
  • Proven success selling into retailers, eCommerce, or omnichannel brands.
  • Deep expertise in CRM, CDP, or lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of retail media and AdTech ecosystems.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise deals ranging from $250K to $1M+.
  • Experience with loyalty platforms, personalization engines, or marketing automation, preferred.
  • Familiarity with retail media networks and commerce data monetization, preferred.
  • Understanding of identity resolution and privacy-first data strategies, preferred.
