Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Source new prospects from inbound leads and self-generated outreach.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and install base opportunities at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Sell through internal champions and directly to multiple stakeholders, including C-level contacts.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategy for new products and features.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Respond to legal, security, procurement questionnaires, and RFPs.
  • Sell the full growth platform, with a strong focus on the Enterprise license.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Security to resolve complex contract requirements for corporate customers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of any Nordic language is highly valuable but not mandatory.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management ability.
  • Track record of high performance, such as over-quota achievement or President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal focus and a disciplined approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work.
  • Experience working in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
