Description

  • Drive new business and expand existing enterprise accounts across the UK/I market by focusing on net new lines of business.
  • Combine the interests of multiple client stakeholders to grow account revenue.
  • Develop strategic account plans and mobilize internal resources to execute expansion strategies.
  • Break into new personas and business units to create incremental use cases.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support sales strategy and future growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for pipeline creation and closed business.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Solution Engineering to close deals and improve customer outcomes.
  • Use research to understand customer challenges and identify key stakeholders.
  • Build deep customer relationships and consult with clients on how Miro can support their work.
  • Challenge customer thinking and position Miro’s value proposition across diverse industries.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in the UK enterprise market, including SaaS.
  • Strong account expansion experience, including new business, strategic territory planning, and cross-functional team selling.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with senior clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a growing team and operate well in ambiguity.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on growing the sales pipeline.
  • Relentless, can-do attitude toward pursuing goals and solving problems.
