Description

  • Manage existing strategic manufacturing accounts using a land-and-expand approach.
  • Generate new business opportunities within one existing strategic manufacturing customer.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers across lines of business.
  • Represent the full Celonis solution suite, with emphasis on Finance and Supply Chain use cases.
  • Own an individual revenue target for closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand account needs and drive the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Work closely with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors.
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles with virtual teams including sales, marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and professional services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total relevant work experience, including 5+ years in Management/Business Process Consulting.
  • Complementary experience in SaaS Sales, In-house Consulting, or a similar area is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level.
  • Strong business acumen and deep understanding of key processes and KPIs across the enterprise value chain.
  • Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry, particularly in Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Solid understanding of the Manufacturing industry.
  • Fluent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and inclusive working style.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team.
