Description

  • Assess and optimize client sales and service processes across multiple industries.
  • Design and implement scalable sales and go-to-market strategies aligned to client goals.
  • Provide consultancy on sales, revenue operations, and service operations best practices.
  • Advise clients on sales and service methodologies, tools, and CRM alignment.
  • Develop and execute training plans that drive process and technology adoption.
  • Create long-term adoption and change management strategies for clients.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations clearly to client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for fellow consultants and contribute to internal consulting improvements.
  • Lead client projects and provide strategic insights to cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience in sales consulting, revenue operations, sales management, or B2B sales strategy.
  • Experience working with sales teams and supporting sales process improvement.
  • Certified instructor in Sandler, Winning by Design, Dale Carnegie, or a similar methodology is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in sales process design, sales enablement, sales organizational design, remuneration policy design, sales strategy development, and CRM requirements gathering.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Candidates without HubSpot experience will be considered if they have strong analytical skills and learn quickly.
  • Must have the legal right to work and current residency in the USA.
  • Based in Central or Eastern time zones is preferred to support synchronous team collaboration.

  • Salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 126,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
