Description

  • Lead change management workstreams across HubSpot implementation engagements from discovery through post-go-live adoption.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, readiness analysis, and adoption risk identification.
  • Design change roadmaps, communication plans, training strategies, and adoption metrics aligned to programme milestones.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on change readiness, risks, and adoption progress.
  • Design and facilitate workshops with senior sponsors, programme teams, and end-users to build alignment and drive ownership.
  • Support leadership sponsorship, clarify the case for change, and help establish change champion networks.
  • Define Huble’s change management methodology and adapt established frameworks to the HubSpot implementation context.
  • Develop reusable templates, playbooks, diagnostic tools, and structured service tiers that can be scoped and priced.
  • Support pre-sales conversations, proposal writing, discovery sessions, and scope definition for change management work.
  • Deliver internal training, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing to embed a change-first mindset across Huble.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of change management experience, ideally in consultancy or agency environments.
  • Demonstrable experience leading change on CRM, MarTech, SaaS, or digital transformation programmes.
  • Deep knowledge of at least one established change management framework such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7-S, ITIL, or similar.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written deliverables independently.
  • Commercial awareness and a consulting mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA for client engagements.
  • Prosci ADKAR certification or an equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Direct experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub is a plus.
  • Experience building or productising a consulting service is a plus.
  • A second European language such as French, German, Dutch, or Spanish is advantageous.
  • Exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth scale-up environments is a plus.
